Jessica is a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for crafting memorable experiences. She holds  a degree in business management from Thomas University. With 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Jessica has worked in a variety of roles ultimately becoming a skilled bartender. Nine years ago, she relocated to Las Vegas from the East Coast, quickly adapting to the fast paced environment and high standards of the city's vibrant hospitality scene.

Throughout her career, Jessica has thrived in high energy, high end settings, delivering exceptional customer service and building strong connections with upscale clientele. Her ability to anticipate needs, provide personalized, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure has been a key to her success. Whether working behind the bar or engaging with guests, she consistently strives to create memorable experiences. Jessica’s role goes beyond managing the bar. She has embraced the opportunity to infuse her work with her passions for spirituality, health, mindfulness, and creativity. Her innovative approach to beverage programming ensures that every drink served is not just a refreshment, but an experience in itself.

Outside of her professional life, Jessica is a dedicated Reiki practitioner and crystal seller, sharing her knowledge and love for holistic well- being with others. This work has deepened her understanding of energy, wellness, and the importance of positive connections - values that she incorporates into every professional interaction. Her commitment to excellence, both in her career and personal pursuits, drives her to continually enhance the guest experience.

Lyla was born and raised in our wonderful Las Vegas, Nevada. Graduating from UNLV, with a degree in Hospitality Management and concentration in Event Design and Management, she's well-versed in the awe of the event industry. From experience behind the scenes, planning and connecting with clients, to attending a multitude of events firsthand, she understands the appeal of wanting to create and attend a unique event experience. Coming from the psychedelic art house of Meow Wolf's "Omega Mart", she understands how to elevate an experience, how to problem solve in any situation, and how to cater to just about any guest's particular needs. If she's not planning events, she's attending them!

Amilana (a.k.a. Ami) is originally from Oregon but has lived in lots of fun places including Chicago, New Haven, Washington DC and now Las Vegas for the past 5 years! She studied Hospitality Management at UNLV and has tons of experience in the events world from planning and hosting events on a cruise ship that travelled from New Orleans to Memphis TN, to The Little Vegas Chapel in the Arts District in Vegas, and then planning, designing and hosting events at the wonderful Bellagio on the Strip. If she is not planning events, you can find her out hiking with my pit bull, Shoelace, or at brunch sipping mimosas!

Originally hailing from Texas, Lucas Rangel has embraced Las Vegas as his home for more than a decade. With a profound passion for audio visual production, Lucas has become an invaluable member of various prestigious venues across the Las Vegas valley. His journey to Las Vegas felt like destiny, aligning his expertise and enthusiasm for the field. Today, Lucas is a proud member of the exceptional events team at StarBase, where he transforms clients' visions into spectacular realities.

Tricia Costello has spent her career continuously redefining the way the world experiences events through the artistry of design, production, and technology.  As co-founder of creative agency Fresh Wata (FW), her inclusive entrepreneurial and humble spirit continues to shape the future. Tricia’s 60,000-square-foot studio and headquarters in the heart of Las Vegas includes a full fabrication shop and embodies creativity. Fresh Wata has engaged audiences coast-to-coast and globally, building relationships for clients in all industries. Tricia and her avatar have released StarBase, the world's first hybrid event space with a capacity of 650 people behind the new Allegiant Stadium. Tricia boasts a successful track record of events in virtual reality and IRL.

Native to South Florida, Melissa Desrameaux (Dot) is a strategic ideator and developer of themed event landscapes, lively campaigns and opportune collaborations. Mission-driven and leveraging an eclectic background of public relations, production, marketing and hospitality expertise, she designs social experiences that stimulate interactivity within StarBase. Dot melds her creative talents with distinct tastes to help produce inviting atmospheres for entertainment, promotions and community building. Over the past 12 years, Dot has worked passionately on rockstar teams including Fresh Wata, Divine Events, Las Vegas Review-Journal, Life is Beautiful, Wendoh Media and CornerBar Management, and is esteemed to pour her energy into developing an event space the world had yet to offer.
